I spent more than 20 years running complex, regulated programs across risk, control, and enterprise systems at JPMorgan, Citi, and Morgan Stanley. I coordinated the Brexit transition program across 650-plus contracts and 26 workstreams, implemented the European Banking Authority's 2019 Guidelines under a tight regulatory deadline, and delivered an MRA resolution that closed the underlying regulatory matter and reduced firm-wide risk. Since 2020 I have been building three companies, including Agent Micho, where I design and deploy the same kind of AI automation I write about elsewhere on this site.
